Eunice Irene Harvey

age 91, of Janesville passed away on December 21, 2017 at Huntington Memory Care. She was born on July 5, 1926 in Darlington, WI, the daughter of Harry and Ester McGinley. She married James Harvey in 1944  and they had four children. They lived in Madison and Beloit before moving to Janesville in 1957. The Harvey’s spent many winters as snowbirds in Arizona, a tradition she kept after his death and was fortunate to continue with her long-time fiancée, Robert Burke. Eunice spent her working years in retail sales. She was an avid reader and loved to dance at the Moose Club and line danced for many years at the Janesville Senior Center. She was a member of Cargill United Methodist Church.

Eunice is survived by her sons, Lynn (Lynn) of Michigan, Lee (Deana) of Indiana, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, her daughters, Jan Sorensen and Gail Creek, granddaughter, Andrea Sue Harvey and Robert Burke.

Per Eunice’s request, no services will be held. Burial will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. The family was assisted by Henke-Clarson Funeral Home.
